Important Terms:
- No smoking inside the vehicle.
- Renter agrees to follow all Turks and Caicos Islands traffic laws.
- Unauthorized drivers are not permitted.
- Insurance does NOT cover tires, rims, windshield, or glass.
- Renter is responsible for traffic tickets, damages, or negligence during rental period.
- Security deposit will be released within three (3) business days
Arrival instructions:
When you arrive at the airport please call any one of the numbers provided in your reservation email, or on this website. We are also on WhatsApp. When you exit the airport make a left and walk down to waiting area past the beaches stand and walk up the hill in the CAR RENTAL RETURN PARKING LOT. When you enter the parking lot make a right and walk toward the white TENT for general car rental waiting area, call or WhatsApp numbers provided to inform us you are under the tent and ready to receive your rental. An agent will assist you. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
Drop off instructions:
When entering the airport drive to the end of the round about, straight ahead you will see sign that says GENERAL CAR PARKING LOT AND CAR RENTAL PARKING LOT; drive up the ramp until you see a gray parking ticket machine on the left side. Press the button on the machine and a parking ticket 🎫 will eject for you to collect. Park the vehicle in car parking lot, leave the ticket 🎫 ( if there is no ticket in the vehicle you will be charged $50.00) and keys 🔑 inside the vehicle center console. Please leave vehicle unlocked and send a video of the vehicle showing left, front, back, and sides of vehicle to any one of the numbers provided or email.
Please note that if video of vehicle isn’t sent and there is damage to the vehicle you will be fully responsible for damages done.
